Note:
The LiFePO4 CATL 3.2V 314Ah Battery Cells are original brand-new cells with clear QR code. For easy assemble, we will weld M6 studs on the cells. Each battery cell will come with 1 pc of copper busbar and 2 pcs of nuts. The price to USA countries includes custom clearance and tax.
It comes with a QR code serial number and a factory inspection report that allows you to trace its origin.

Warranty
The warranty period is 5 years from the date you receive.
We only replace new cell for free due to the failure of manufacturing.
Before the shipment, we will detect the cell voltage/resistance/appearance and other issues. We can only ensure that single cell is good before the shipment.
When arrival you can test the cells within 1 week, if you found problem, please contact us for refund or replace.
Remark
Please read carefully all the description before taking orders, the battery is suitable for DIY lovers with experience, people who are not familiar with the safe use of lithium battery knowledge, please go to our shop to buy the finished products.
DIY battery pack must get the cells balanced (same voltage) before assembly.
And we don’t accept refund for buyers who don’t know how to assembled or unbalanced assembly.
Please use the correct BMS during assembly. We don’t accept refund for the problem caused during assembly process or after the assembly. Such as not use the BMS, the BMS connected to the wrong wire led to battery damage, charger failure, the assembly error or unbalanced assembly, etc.
Before assembling, please make sure use the same capacity cell and use the same brand of the cell. It is forbidden to mix cells with different capacity and brand in the same battery system. Otherwise, we will not be responsible for quality assurance.

What does your extended warranty cover?
Extended warranty starts from the date of successful delivery. It covers manufacturing defects in new battery cells only.
How do you assure the quality?
Before shipping, we thoroughly test each cell for voltage, resistance, and appearance to ensure proper function.
How to inspect the battery kits after delivery?
Test your cells within 7 days of arrival. If any issues are found, contact us immediately for a refund or replacement.
Who should buy these battery kits?
These battery kits are for experienced DIY users only. If you’re not familiar with lithium battery safety, we recommend purchasing a pre-assembled battery pack instead.
Is voltage balancing required before assembly?
Yes, battery cells must be balanced (same voltage) before assembly. Do NOT Mix Cells!
o Use same brand & capacity cells in your battery pack.
o Mixing different brands/capacities/voltage voids warranty.
What should I be aware of when using the BMS?
Use the Correct BMS (Battery Management System) and assemble it correctly according to the instructions.
Incorrect BMS wiring, Missing BMS, Charger failures due to assembly errors voids warranty.
