What does your extended warranty cover?

Extended warranty starts from the date of successful delivery. It covers manufacturing defects in new battery cells only.

How do you assure the quality?

Before shipping, we thoroughly test each cell for voltage, resistance, and appearance to ensure proper function.

How to inspect the battery kits after delivery?

Test your cells within 7 days of arrival. If any issues are found, contact us immediately for a refund or replacement.

Who should buy these battery kits?

These battery kits are for experienced DIY users only. If you’re not familiar with lithium battery safety, we recommend purchasing a pre-assembled battery pack instead.

Is voltage balancing required before assembly?

Yes, battery cells must be balanced (same voltage) before assembly. Do NOT Mix Cells!

o Use same brand & capacity cells in your battery pack.

o Mixing different brands/capacities/voltage voids warranty.

What should I be aware of when using the BMS?

Use the Correct BMS (Battery Management System) and assemble it correctly according to the instructions.

Incorrect BMS wiring, Missing BMS, Charger failures due to assembly errors voids warranty.
